Bay window roof upgraded, this was causing a lot of problems inside, old narrow slate swapped for Spanish, taking the lead rolls off and motoring slate, lead trough upstand increased with more fall and a much cleaner outlet formed rather than going through the window frame.

It's nice to add some extra detail to finish this little roof off.

Small cottage roof renewal, chimney repair works and thermal upgrade.
Although this looks straight forward, it was infact a bit of hassle with the slate being holed all over the gaff and in poor condition, nice and steep but an inch headlap with very poor side lap is a bit daft regardless, we got there in the end.

Great finish for the lads.

Damaged roof renewed with Spanish slate and Easy slate on the bottom half due to the pitch, another that's been leaking in for Yonks 🫪

Permo Felt soaking water into the roof , felt trimmed back and wider slates fitted back in to increase side lap.

Opposite valley had the same problem but also no bead on the lead, bead dressed on the valley and slated back in with increased lap.

Problem solved.
