Consumer unit upgrade completed this week ⚡

The existing installation consisted of older rewirable and cartridge fuse boards alongside an outdated MCB board, all of which had previously been highlighted for improvement during an EICR.

As part of the customer’s property modernisation, we removed the old equipment and installed a new FuseBox consumer unit complete with Type 2 surge protection for improved safety and compliance with current regulations.

The upgrade included:✔ New FuseBox consumer unit✔ Type 2 surge protection device (SPD)✔ Replacement of outdated fuse boards✔ Full circuit identification and labelling✔ Testing and certification upon completion

A much cleaner, safer, and more reliable installation ready for the customer’s renovation works.

Another successful project! like-for-like boiler change completed ✅

This one definitely came with its challenges due to the extremely limited space available, but with good teamwork and planning we managed to get the new Heatrae Sadia Electromax installed and up and running perfectly 🔧🔥

Big thanks to Saints Contracting for all the support on this project and for completing the mechanical installation to a top standard 👏

Great result for the customer with a modern, efficient electric heating and hot water system fitted neatly into a tight airing cupboard space.

Collingwood H4 and H2 pro 550 LED lighting upgrade changing old and faulty lights, with high ceilings it was slightly challenging but we got the job done! Another happy customer 😎
