The successful candidate will take ownership of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Develop & monitor project programmes.
Manage project budgets and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
Attend client, design team, and site meetings.
Produce progress reports and project updates.
Identify and manage project risks.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
Ensure projects are completed to the quality standards expected of Ireson-Bailey Bespoke Builds.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience managing construction projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Ability to lead and motivate site teams.
