In a months time from now this dormer will be coming down and making way for the new one, hence the temporary measures and not using lead due to it being a waste - Before anyone starts moaning (which I know they will, which is why I put this video up to get a bit of engagement 😂😂 🤫 )

Also the sealant we used is solvent free putty in a tube, so it won’t react with the bitumen like normal sealant would.
