Before and after pictures from one of our recent projects.
Definitely been a challenging job due to the amount of damage from water ingress and no air flow, but with alot of hardwork we've produced something Epic 👌
Mirrored cladding and epdm membrane removed, all rotten timber work replaced, finished in high performance torch on felt system flat roof area, natural Slates with a lead roll hip and ridge detail, and all vertical area's cladded vertically using cedral click slate grey

Warm deck eco green roof we've started installing recently including all the carpentry. Joists will be left on show once done, cladded in an oak finish, even running through the opening of the rooflight.
Joists installed at 250mm centres to carry the weight as specified,18mm marine ply deck, vapour barrier and insulation installed and another 18mm marine ply deck ready for first layer of high performance felt system. All watertight for Christmas.
Just cap sheet and zinc cappings to be installed to finish this quirky little project.

Been doing some leadwork to finish this week off, starting another lead job tomorrow after wrapping this one up today! Ripped up, timber work installed, then new code 6 box gutter and parapet wall cappings fitted. Not only does it do the job,

Job completed in grey ludlows, high performance torch on felt system table top flat roof, rear and side additions to match, finishing off with a plain tile front bay in matching colour with lead roll detail 👌
Really happy with how this one has turned out, now onto the next one tomorrow and another one ticked off the list before Christmas!
