123 Electricians have had the pleasure of over the last year being involved the the transformation of Monroes to the most awesome and successful Turkish restaurant in the south - Not only does it have the best electrical installation but it does the best Lamb Shish and Cocktails - not to mention draft beer. Today we commenced phase 2 - the expansion. A big thank to the owners Sav and Olga for commissioning 123 and for supplying the beers at the end of a hard day!

Do you rent out a property? Did you know that from 1st April 2021 all specified tenancies will require an electrical safety check to be in place. From that date its mandatory. This means that all rental properties MUST have an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) carried out by an electrician on the competent person list which can be found at http://www.electricalcompetentperson.co.uk.
123 Electricians are NICEIC approved contractors and can carry this out for you from £16 per circuit. Examples of the reason why this has been introduced are shown on one carried out today. These faults present risk to you and your tenants from both fire and electric shock. High resistance on neutrals poorly terminated in a socket outlet causing heat. Reading was 3.29. Once identified and terminated correctly reading was 0.60. Poorly terminated cooker switch causing thermal damage - a fire waiting. Contact us now for a free no obligation quote.

Consumer unit relocated from narrow 400mm kitchen base unit through wall into lounge allowing safe access. This was the first SBS consumer unit fitted by 123 Electricians. Superb units, well constructed and great value for money. Slightly higher cost than a dual RCD consumer unit but the advantages of RCBO clearly outweigh the cost difference.
