Elm Contractors is a family run commercial carpentry and refurbishment business based in Kent, predominantly covering London and the South East. Our business and reputation for high quality workmanship, honesty and reliability over the years has been built solely on recommendations and referrals from previous and existing Clients. We specialise but do not limit ourselves to the following type of w

orks:
• Category 'A' Landlord fit-out – Dilapidations, Raised access flooring, ceilings, bathrooms, electrics & plumbing, lighting & fire detection.
• Category 'B' Client fit-out - All types of partitioning systems, carpentry & joinery items, kitchens, floor coverings, data infrastructure & M&E works.
• Bespoke items such as feature glazed, curved or half height walls, graphics and specialised ceilings.
• Existing office refurbishments, alterations and decorations. Being a small company, our clients enjoy a very personalised service and free professional advice. We understand the importance of knowing that no two clients are the same and therefore ensure we tailor the service we provide to each client to suit their specific needs.

Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II 1926-2022

Our thoughts and condolences are with The Royal family as we mourn the loss of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

As a mark of respect, on the day of Her Late Majesty's funeral Elm Contractors will be closed on Monday 19th September, reopening as normal on Tuesday 20th September.
