We are seeking reliable, high-calibre Subcontract Multi-Trade Builders for immediate price work on local projects.

If you want control over your earnings, take pride in top-tier internal fit-outs, and have solid experience with loft conversions,

Execute high-end internal renovations and fit-outs on a price basis

1st and 2nd fix carpentry, drylining, and plastering

Working on loft conversion phases (dormers, joists, stud work)

Deliver sharp finishes efficiently with excellent attention to detail

Must have your own van and full kit of professional tools

Must hold valid Public Liability Insurance

Proven multi-trade experience with strong loft conversion skills

Must be CIS registered with a valid UTR number

Valid CSCS card preferred
