Some walls re-boarded as not straight
Plastic ceiling fitted
Fully tiled
Vinyl click flooring fitted
New bathroom fitted.

Haven’t posted for ages but we are as busy as ever!

Anyway here is a recently completed en-suite that was just a empty room when we started.

The customers wanted a walk-in wet room style shower but the floor is made of reinforced concrete panels so it could not be sunken into the floor.
Our solution was to build a plinth for the wetroom former to sit on meaning a small step up into the shower but keeping the wetroom style look to it.
We also formed a false wall for the sunken shower controls to be fitted into.

Vaillant 38kw combi boiler fitted last week with 10 year warranty.

Floor standing oil boiler removed first but didn’t take a photo 🙄🙈

Haven’t posted for a while mainly because we are busy with ongoing larger projects but here is a bathroom we managed to squeeze in a while back on Greta st 😃

Haven’t posted for a while because we are busy on larger projects but here’s a few photos of a walk-in shower recently fitted.

The toilet had to be moved nearer to the freestanding bath to make room for the tray & we had to form a stud partition on the shower valve wall as the original one was all over the place!

Under floor heating being installed in a barn conversion at Threlkeld.

The red panels are for a screed floor down stairs & the silver panels are fitted between floor joists for installation in upstairs rooms.

This is an ongoing job so more pics to follow including two very smart wet rooms.
