So we have now TWO trips booked to our property in Spain - not holidays I hasten to add!!

The first one next month is to take delivery of and hopefully start building THREE glass block shower walls in the house's 3 bathrooms, then another trip at the end of June to completely re-wire the property so that hopefully we can then apply to upgrade our incoming supply from 15 amps (that's for a 5 bedroom house with two kitchens and two receptions!!!!) to something that will hopefully provide a little more amperage than we currently (see what I did there?😂) receive and maybe stop some of that really annoying power-tripping!

Finally! Our buyer's solicitor has, at last, managed to remove their finger from their butt and we have a completion date of the 16th of August!

this tortuous sale process has been going on since April, quite why it has to take so long is beyond me!

We have already started work on our next project but will now have more time to devote to it, converting a former tailor's shop back into a 2 bedroom detached cottage. 👍😁

I know it's not quite a house, but we will take on any project - large or small! 😂
Here we are putting up a shed at an allotment that our Nursery has taken on.
4 hours graft distilled into 27 seconds..

YaY! 😁 I am delighted to post that we have accepted an offer on our house refurbishment in Pinxton.

A young lady who came to view yesterday as her first new home has made us a sensible offer for both us and her and we are delighted that we are able to provide her with her first home.

Received an offer on the Pinxton house yesterday which we are now considering and with another positive viewing yesterday afternoon it looks like we may soon be able to say “ SOLD!”🤞👍

Turf seems to be doing ok, a lot of joints tying in together and grass still looks green and healthy 5 days from planting 👍

Fingers crossed it continues this way , might even need a trim before the two week timeframe suggested by the suppliers!
