In less than two years, Sophie Baker has gone from being completely new to the fenestration industry to becoming a trusted and respected member of the Winkhaus UK team.

Sophie puts the customer at the heart of everything she does. She takes ownership of enquiries, remains calm in complex situations, and builds strong relationships through her professionalism, responsiveness, and determination to find the right solution.
