🌿 Latest Project Update 🌿

A little progress photo from one of our recent projects. The freshly laid lawn is settling in brilliantly, with the nutrients really helping the grass establish, strengthen and turn a lovely healthy green. 👌🌱

🚧 MASSIVE FULL PROPERTY TRANSFORMATION UNDERWAY 🚧

A serious amount of work has gone into this one already — front, back and both sides of the property being completely transformed by Kelly’s Building & Landscaping. 💪

This project has involved everything from the initial excavation and ground preparation right through to drainage, paving and landscaping.

✅ Full site excavation & preparation
✅ Large porcelain patio areas to the rear
✅ Porcelain pathways linking the garden areas
✅ Around 22m of ACO drainage installed around the property
✅ Drainage connected into the existing system
✅ Ground reduced, levelled and prepared throughout
✅ New turf areas being prepared
✅ Gravel areas around the garden/office
✅ Sleeper edging and landscaping features
✅ Block paving down both sides of the property
✅ Block paved sections to the front
✅ Full front driveway preparation
✅ New gravel driveway
✅ New brick feature wall with pillars to the front
✅ Additional edging, borders and finishing work throughout

There’s been a huge amount of groundwork involved that you’ll never see once the finished garden is complete — levels, drainage, excavation, sub-base preparation and getting everything set out properly before the finishing materials go down.

The porcelain is now really starting to show what the finished project is going to look like. 🔥

Still plenty more to complete, but this is going to be some transformation when the front, sides and rear are all finished together.

Another happy customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This customer asked us back to build an incredible children’s play area, including assembling a 1,000+ piece climbing frame with a zip line, slide, monkey bars and climbing wall, as well as building a bespoke timber shed.

They were so happy with the finished result that they’ve already booked us back to install security lights and power sockets.

🚜 Project Update – 120m² Block Paving Driveway 🚜

Another great project underway! We’ve completed the full excavation using our own digger, making quick work of the ground preparation before installing the sub-base and getting everything ready for the new 120m² block paved driveway.

Looking forward to bringing this one to life over the next few days – stay tuned for the finished result! 👌
