Work is done in Van with 2 man team.

Sometimes you may have to work away - 1 -2 days max at a time

You’ll tackle everything from bollard replacements and monoblock installations to drainage investigations, concrete works, and pothole repairs. What You’ll Be Doing

Taking ownership of varied groundworks tasks — from manhole rebuilds to 500m² monoblock installations
Working with honesty and precision to deliver safe, lasting results
Supporting your team and supervisor to meet deadlines without cutting corners
Maintaining a clean, safe site that reflects pride in your work

What You Bring

Experience in groundworks or construction is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential
A valid CSCS card (CPCS is a plus)
A full driving licence for site travel

As we continue to expand our operations, we are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are looking to grow with the business and play a key role in its success. Hours can be flexible as long as all work is completed in a timely fashion.

Job Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:
Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Xero.
Process and reconcile invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.
Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.

Office Administration:
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related activities.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.

Communication:
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to maintain positive relationships.

Document Management:
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Assist in Project Coordination:
