A house done for one of our housing association clients.

This was a reseal of the window and to scrape off and paint inside with our damp proof 123 system. Turned out ok, and once this dries, they are able to paint over it if they wish 👌🏽 the system is designed to stop.any dampness or mould coming back through.

Small garage roof rip up and replaced. Then, it was covered with a factra membrane.

This rubber roof is mechanically fixed and then welded together for a perfect seal. Excellent material for a nice look and to keep water out 👊🏽
