Another stage completed on this Mossblown extension, with the new kitchen now fitted and looking fantastic! 👌

A modern, bright kitchen with plenty of worktop space, fitted appliances, stylish units and a great connection to the garden through the new doors. ☀️

It’s great to see the extension really coming together and starting to feel like a finished part of the home.

🏗️ New Job Underway in Kilmarnock!

We’ve made a start on a new project in Kilmarnock, with the existing garage now taken down to make way for a brand-new block brick garage. 🔨🏠

The old structure is out and we’re getting the site prepared for the new build. We’re looking forward to seeing this one take shape over the coming weeks!

🏗️ Excellent Progress on Our Prestwick Extension Project!

A lot has happened on site since our last update! 👷‍♂️

✔️ Drainage installation completed
✔️ Ground prepared and compacted ready for the floor slab
✔️ Floor slab concrete poured
✔️ 5m Slap out underway

The project is really starting to take shape, with the groundwork phase complete and the next stages moving ahead smoothly. We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as this extension continues to come together. 🔨🏠

🏗️ New Extension Foundations Underway in Prestwick!

Great progress on this new extension project in Prestwick, with the foundations now well underway. 👷‍♂️

The foundations have now been reinforced and the concrete has been poured, creating a solid base ready for the next stage of the build. A solid start to what will be a fantastic new extension! 🏠🔨

Progress Update in Mossblown 🛠️

A great transformation already taking shape on this project.

From the initial timber-frame stage to the room now fully insulated and plasterboarded, we’ve been working through each stage to build a warm, comfortable and well-insulated space.

✅ Kingspan insulation fitted to the floor
✅ Walls fully insulated
✅ Vapour control foil (VC) installed
✅ Plasterboard fitted throughout
✅ Now ready for Ames taping

It’s great to see the space coming together, and there’s still more to do before the final finish. 🏡

Progress update from our Mossblown extension project! 🏡

The roof is now fully tiled, and the two Velux windows have been installed. It’s great to see this extension coming together, with another key stage now complete.

A quality roof not only looks great but provides long-lasting protection and lets plenty of natural light into the new space.
