**A position is available for an immediate start **

Full time position

5 days a week with potential for overtime

Paid weekly

£17.50 ph

Requirements are a full driving licence.

Ideally over 25 years old for insurance purposes

The role will include various aspects of property and building maintenance.

From small roof repairs, gutter cleaning, exterior cleaning and everything else in between.

Van, tools and all equipment supplied working along side our small team.

A can do attitude and a willingness to get jobs completed to a high standard is required.

A head for heights is required as some of our work is high level working from scaffold or cherry pickers.

IPAF training will be provided.
Pasma scaffold training will be provided also after an initial trial.

This role is hands on working outside in all weathers.

It’s not a moan at all but my diary’s had just about enough 😇🤣🤣

Thankfull to all our customers and contacts that help us throughout the year and the introductions that lead us on to solid partnerships 👍🏼 we appreciate it all 🙏

After 12 months of hard graft we count down to the 2 weeks Christmas and new year break.

Many a self employed person looks forward to this time because the phone and email goes quiet …… 🤫

Finally we can switch off for a wee bit 🥹

Not right off mind! maybe just turn the dimmer down to 90 percent off 😊still have to keep things ticking over, ready to get back into it in the new year .

We wish all our customers, suppliers and workers all the best over the festive season.

We are lucky to have been very busy this year and our best yet!

Thanks must go to my wife Joanna Reid for all the admin side of things and keeping me right and the invoices and suppliers being paid without her it wouldn’t work 😊
