Poor customer was struggling to get into their shower enclosure because it had been fitted at a ridiculous height. Thankfully, I was able to run a new waste pipe under the floorboards, which meant we could install the new enclosure much lower without having to lift the whole bathroom floor.

Updated a customer’s old, worn‑out shower enclosure and flooring this week.

The original enclosure style is no longer stocked anywhere, so we sourced a modern design and carefully trimmed the tiles around the base to make the new tray fit perfectly.

The joiner finished things off with a cracking new floor, and the whole space now looks fresh, tidy, and up to date.

Always happy to help bring bathrooms back to life.

Had a customer get in touch after being let down by another plumber who had recommended a vanity unit and toilet, then disappeared once the items were delivered.

After popping out to measure up, I noticed the units were slightly too big for the space. With a bit of careful adjustment, I trimmed a small section of the vanity so everything would fit perfectly.

All installed, tidy, and the customer is absolutely delighted with the result.

This customer's shower enclosure was looking a bit dated, so our team got to work! We completely ripped out the old shower tray, wetwall, shower, and door, and replaced them with a sleek, modern upgrade.

Most importantly, the homeowners are absolutely thrilled with the end result!

🚿✨ Bathroom Transformation Completed! ✨🚿

This customer wanted to give their old bathroom a fresh new look. A few cracked floor tiles turned out to be a sign of something bigger — a hidden leak from the shower had caused serious damage to the floorboards and joists underneath.

We stripped everything back, repaired the damaged floor, and rebuilt the space properly from the ground up. The result is a solid, fresh, and modern bathroom the customer absolutely loves.

Another job done right, and another happy homeowner in the books.

Another bathroom rescue completed 🚿✨

Our customer had a lovely-looking shower enclosure… but it kept leaking and the door constantly came off the runners. A plumber had been out several times to fix, but the problems always came back.

The customer decided they wanted a slightly smaller, more reliable enclosure — and once we removed the old one, the real issue became clear. The original installers had packed out the wall with bits of wetwall, and the floor underneath was in a terrible state.

We stripped everything back, repaired the wall and floor properly, fitted a new enclosure that actually suits the space, and installed fresh wetwall and flooring all round. The joiner only has to pop back to finish off some trim.

The difference is night and day.
