Avanti Doors Ltd is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive and confident Reactive & Service Co-Ordinator to join our office team at Avanti Doors HQ.

Working closely with our Operations Co-Ordinator, you’ll be right at the heart of our service department, helping keep customers, engineers and jobs moving smoothly every day.

📞 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
• Reactively booking call-outs and service visits through our email/portal systems
• Logging and managing jobs through our online portal
• Working closely with the Operations Co-Ordinator and engineers to allocate and manage jobs
• Providing customers with engineer ETAs and keeping them updated
• General administration and day-to-day office duties
• Helping keep our busy service department organised and running efficiently

💻 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Computer literate with good IT skills
• Confident using online systems and portals
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Organised, reliable and able to prioritise workloads
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Positive approach with a willingness to learn

Experience within a service, engineering, facilities management or similar environment would be advantageous — but we’re just as interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.

🚨 Non-secure or security-critical situations: within 24 hours.

📞 Quoted works: we aim to provide an update the same day, with quotations typically issued within 48 hours where the scope and requirements are clear.

And sometimes the answer isn’t a replacement door.

This installation involved removing the existing entrance and replacing it with a brand-new thermally broken aluminium entrance system, complete with a fully automatic sliding door operator.
