We have just finished this en-suite in Middleton , our first time installing herringbone shower boards and take a little longer due to lining up the corners , but we think they look amazing .🤩

The grey oak panels look great housing the cistern for the wall hung loo frame.

The flooring is tiled with hardie backer boards underneath.
The vanity unit was reused .
A new towel rail to finish the job .
All ready for decorating.

10 weeks ago while collecting materials on the Hardwick someone pulled out into the side of my van while doing a U-turn .
So we have been in a plain white hire van ,I’m pleased to have her back this week looking fresh again .

Here’s a few recent boiler changes we have installed .
The Summer is always the best time for a new boiler if you are planning on a new A rated more efficient boiler .
If you feel your old boiler might be worth looking at , give us a call .

This is a recent downstairs Wc room in North Wootton we tiled which came from Topps tiles , installed a new Vanity unit , new towel rail , mirror and new toilet with soft close seat .
All other materials came from MKM .

I had a call from one of our lovely clients who often gives us a nice job once a year as he owns a few flats around kings Lynn and when they become empty he likes to update them.
He asked us to install a new kitchen .
When we striped out we found the old chip board floor was rotten because the old hot water tank was leaking .
New moisture resistant chip board was Installed and oak click flooring laid ready for the Howdens kitchen for us to install.
A new unvented cylinder installed and now ready to be rented out again.
We also laid new click flooring in the original bathroom to give it a fresh look .

It’s a boiler servicing week this week and a new boiler being installed on Thursday .

Recent shower tray update .
The original glass was removed and cleaned , old shower removed ,new dark grey shower board installed with a new Crome mixer rainfall shower .
Glass reinstalled looking fresh .
