We are expanding but this time… in the office!
We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our established office team
Who are we?
Charterhouse Property Solutions has been trading for 30 years and focuses primarily on property solutions within the residential and commercial property market. From full-refurbishments and minor building works to small day-to-day repairs. Working with some very well known brands and exciting customers!
The Role:
This is an office based position. You will be responsible for managing an active diary of growing teams that consists of heating and plumbing engineers, electricians, general maintenance and project engineers. Previous experience within an administration role managing diaries would be advantageous.
Working on the Hardwick industrial estate within a small team, in a hardworking but relaxed and friendly environment.
What are we looking for?
You’ll need to be proactive and ready to solve problems with the help of the team and you will also be responsible for ensuring that engineers have a full but manageable workload.
If you are a problem solver, a multi-tasker, have good IT skills and great customer service skills… you will be perfect for Charterhouse Property Solutions!
Duties required include:
Diary Management & Logistics of Engineers
Procurement of Parts for Jobs
Quotations
Call Handling
Emails
Offering Updates of Appointments to Customers and Managing these Processes
