We’re just about finished with this stunning Norfolk Project for Smith Percy, where we’ve completely redecorated the entire home using some of the finest decorating products. 🎨✨

If you’ve spotted a colour you love, let us know! We’ve saved every paint colour used throughout the project and would be happy to share the colour palette with you.

We’ll be returning once the remaining trades have finished to complete the final snagging (fingers crossed they’ve looked after our work!🤞), before handing over the finished project.

Week 3 & 4 for Project Norfolk! 🎨

All of the upstairs is now complete (apart from the staircase) and ready for the carpets to be fitted. ✅

The bathrooms have now been beautifully wallpapered by the client, and the plumbers are on site putting the finishing touches in place. 🪠

We’re aiming to have everything wrapped up by the end of next week, ready to hand over the keys so the happy couple can finally move into their new home.🤞🏼

We can’t wait to reveal the final outcome! 🤩

Week 2 Complete at the Norfolk Project for Smith Percy! 🎨

Another productive week on this stunning new build project in Norfolk.

✅ All bathrooms throughout the property are now fully decorated and ready for wallpaper installation.
✅ Walls and ceilings finished in Crown Clean Extreme Mould Resistant Brilliant White for a durable, high quality finish.
✅ All woodwork has been primed, undercoated and top-coated in bespoke colours to perfectly complement the chosen tiles and wallpapers.
✅ Walls behind future radiator positions have received their final coats, ready for installation next week.

We’re also pleased to have our new site board in place, thanks to Mr Signs Limited for providing following our rebranding by Russell Digital Marketing! 👏

✅ All ceilings completed
✅ Kitchen, diner, sunroom & utility finished in brilliant white

Back to work after a short spell of paternity leave, thank you all for your lovely comments and patience! 👶🏼💙

Our first project back was in South Wootton, for a lovely couple I’ve worked for since I first started nearly 9 years ago. We originally decorated this room around 6 years ago in a light blue scheme and, although it had started to feel a little dated, it had held up really well over time.

The new colour scheme has completely transformed the space and we’re really pleased with the finished result 🙌🏼

🖌️Doors: Aquaguard Satin in Joas White
🖌️Woodwork: Aquaguard Satin in Drop Cloth

The Cleanable Matt has been brilliant to use, super durable with a flawless finish and will now be our standard recommendation for high traffic areas 👌🏼

We’re fully booked for May and June, but the diary is now open for July & August summer projects ☀️🏡

Here at YHI our team has grown.

The pre contract agreement is now being drawn up and will take a few weeks of meetings and discussions before anything else will be completed. I feel like this one is going to cost me.

Please know once this is complete, quotes will start going out and we will be back in communications with clients.
