But when you see an end product like this, it makes us feel very proud and extremely thankful for having the opportunity to undertake such a ‘once in a lifetime’ project.

We want to say a massive thank you to all the Couch Construction team and all the contractors who have created this incredible house.

We look forward to sharing our future projects, but for now, I think we all need a holiday!

🚨building update🚨

We finally get to remove the floor covering to reveal these amazing tiles!

So good to see the project at the last stages of completion.

Externally the landscaping is really starting to take shape.

We have some nice curves and circular shapes to the paving that really complement the design of the house.

We will post another update in the coming weeks as things start coming together.

More progress images of our new build in Salcombe.

The bespoke staircase is well underway, the external terraces are tiled and looking great.

Cracking on with lots of nice touches inside like the built in fireplace and the internal joinery.

The landscaping is going well, stay tuned for more drone images of that, and also the timing of the huge pool.

A little update from us.

Things have been busy on site pushing on with the internals.

Plaster boarding almost complete, electrics are well underway along with fitting out bathrooms, decorating and tiling the vast floor areas.

Externally we are fitting some very smart aluminium powder coated wall copings that finish it off just nicely.

🚨 Progress update 🚨

The scaffold is down! Finally the building is revealed and what a beautiful design.

The external stone cladding has been completed and almost all of the rendering.

The forming of the driveways are underway then onto the landscaping.

Internally we are tiling, plastering and full steam ahead with the second fix.

Couch Construction is run by Tristan Couch who has many years experience trading as T J Couch Building and built an established customer base. The Joinery side of the business is run by father and son, Nigel Couch and Kieron Couch with over 60yrs combined experience between them and formerly named Nigel J Couch Joinery with many happy customer’s over the years now joining their son and brother to form Couch and Sons LTD.
