The ceilings were done in white Dulux, walls Desert Wind Dulux. The oak floors in Treatex hard wax oil Soft Satin, which needed three coats 🫟⁣

We started another property in West Charleton recently, which used to be the Post Office ✨ ⁣

There was a lot of smoke damage from the wood burner, so all the walls and ceilings need a cover stain before painting 🫟⁣

The floors will get a clear oil after being sanded 🤩⁣

The walls and ceilings were painted in Linen Wash from The Little Greene Paint Company and the woodwork has been done in White Eggshell 🫟⁣

We decorated the kitchen door & walls and a big thank you to Matt Searle for a great job replacing the frame and lid for the wood store…we finished it in a yacht varnish 🫟⁣

Kem & Phil have been Back at The Salcombe Apartments, No. 4 this time for their lovely customer Jane ✨⁣

Here’s a before, during & after video of their hard work. As always there was lots of prep to do to the utility, kitchen, hallway, lounge and bedroom. They used natural calico on the walls 🫟⁣

What a difference three days make…walls and ceiling are in polished pebble, the fire place is in earl blue Dulux & the woodwork is in white gloss 🫟⁣
