Magnolia Cottage is contemporary but cosy and over 100 years old, our extensive renovations of this amazing little house, has tried to celebrate the Devon vernacular but design a very comfortable and practical space to entertain families or couples in simple but cosy luxury.

Autumnal wintery days need not be dark, dull and losing colour, our little piece of Devon heaven is magical in all seasons. Booking now for winter breaks with autumn sunshine, long shadows, quiet beaches and the trails to yourself. Hello! ...Just a quick update that we have now been accredited by 'Alistair Sawday's Special Places to Stay' and welcome guest enquiries for new bookings in 2018 either direct or via their website if you need more information.

South Pool is a fantastic, quirky village community with Magnolia Cottage nestling at its heart, beside a creek teeming with wildlife. Booking with us is perfect for couples or families keen on the seaside and real lovers of the English coastal adventure. Those with a penchant for great local food will also be delighted as Devon is so proud of its locally made, grown food and wine with a vast number of producers Devon-wide. Then just a couple of steps (or stumbles) away from our door step is the delightful gastronomies of 'The Millbrook Inn'.
