Check out our latest kitchen renovation!
We’ve transformed a cold, drafty floor into a warm and inviting space by adding proper insulation and installing a new, perfectly sized radiator—because a kitchen should feel as good as it looks.
We also gave the existing cupboard a full upgrade with a high-quality, 5-piece shaker door—no "faux" shaker here, just the real deal.
And while we were at it, we took the extra step to level out the uneven floor—just because we can!

Week 11 of our Lockington renovation marks another major milestone – the roof is now complete!

Despite a few challenges along the way, we've kept the project moving forward efficiently, thanks to the dedication of our team and the continued support of our suppliers.

With the roof finished, we’re now preparing to insulate the walls ahead of plastering. Kitchen installation is scheduled in just four weeks – it's all coming together!

Here’s a recent window installation we completed:
We began by carefully supporting the wall and installing a longer lintel, then bricked up to match the existing structure for a seamless finish. The new window, custom-made by a local joinery specialist to complement the existing style, was then installed.
The client wanted a better view of the garden and more natural light in the kitchen — and we delivered exactly that.

We’ve just completed a stunning new patio featuring beautiful Rag Green Indian Sandstone, adding a rich, natural touch to the space. This project is extra special as it’s for a returning customer, and the patio now perfectly frames the extension we completed last year. The design is further elevated with stylish brick planters, which will bring greenery and structure to the space. To ensure efficient water management, we've installed channel drainage around the property, which not only performs flawlessly but also enhances the overall look, framing the patio in a sleek, modern way. It’s the perfect blend of practicality, style, and continuity with our previous work!

We are pleased to showcase this ground-floor kitchen and family room extension we recently completed. The project involved the careful dismantling and removal of an existing conservatory with a similar footprint. Through efficient project management and adherence to building control inspections at each stage, we successfully delivered the extension in just 8 weeks, from breaking ground to a fully plastered finish.

What a difference a new enclosure can make

The previous shower enclosure was problematic, suffering with leaks from a once poor installation. We soon had it whipped out, tiling extended to the correct point on the tray, before we fitted the new enclosure to the tiles and tray in the correct position. Then carrying out the sealant correctly to prevent any further leaks.

Here is a recent bath - shower room conversation we completed, comfort height toilet and shower seat because we all get old at some point right?
We are happy how this one turned out considering the time frame we was working with,

we are so lucky at AP Developments, we have some fantastic clients and these relationships we build is key, we rely heavily on the referrals we get and I thanks every one of you that does refer us for work.
It's really tricky at times to get to every one of you but please be assured every job matters no matter how small or insignificant you think it may be

Well that's our part completed on this extension we've brought out the ground in anlaby.

The client wanted us to develop a sealed shell, ready for them to carry out the fit out of their dream space at the rear of their property.
Previously there was a conservatory with a similar layout which didn't really work for them so after getting intouch with the architect who came up with the designs, we was delighted to be given the job of bringing it to life.
