We've achieved full planning permission on this bungalow in Kirk Ella. The site was within the existing garden of a much larger property, allowing the owners to downsize without having to move out of the area they loved. Nice, Simple, Profitable. I never get bored of walking around buildings I've designed. This huge house in Arram was designed last year, modelled in 3D, sold prior to completion and the new owners move in on Friday.

Just obtained full planning permission for this simple house on Leads Road The client had a huge side garden and wanted to maximise the property's value before selling, so we were able to produce a straight forward design that the planners could easily support, adding tens of thousands to the value of the land. The client was very happy and left me a great review.
