This recliner actuator is obsolete by about fifteen years. We couldn't get a replacement. The plastic casework had split away at the back, causing the actuator to come away from the chair. We made a metal bracket to affix the two halves together restoring function to the riser/recliner chair.

Repaired this electric reclining settee. One of the footrests was stuck out and the other seat was not operating.

Although it's hard to tell on the stretched and discoloured old leather: We've replaced the seat cushion foam. This was a fixed, non-removable cushion. We also replaced the elastic webbing that supports the cushion, as it had lost its ability to stretch. The first picture is the job complete picture. We weren't called in to do anything about the condition of the leather.

This recliner chair had a split in the leather of the arm, we used the outside back leather to replace. The new outside back is a matching vinyl. The rest of the leather needed recolouring, the seat and back required padding and the woodwork touching up. The front spring rail had also failed, causing the springs to come off.

The material (Bicast Leather) had delaminated and split between chair and footrest. We replaced the section with the lower part of the outside back, as it will achieve a better colour match. The lower outside back was then replaced with as near matching material as we could aquire (Bicast leather has a vinyl front bonded to a suede backing).

A bracket had sheared off the mech action in the back, that operates the lumber support section in a La-Z-Boy three seater. Repaired the broken action in the workshop and re-fitted at the customer's house.

Fitted a replacement pocket-sprung cushion to a two seat La-Z-Boy recliner as it had flattened.
