What a challenge this garden was after discovering the ground was bogged up nearly half a foot deep in water it was like a swamp, so we had no choice but to dig deep and get to solid ground, managed to get it level and the water finally filtered through the ground, to prevent it happening again we fitted the drain along the side path, we changed the gutter on the garage and fed the downpipe into the drain we fitted, completed the paving and laid the artificial grass which the water now runs off it like a ducks back, (no more swamp). We also fitted the back fence and built the gate from scratch. We repaired the block paved drive where there was damage and then jet washed the lot leaving it looking almost new, the customer now wants a flower bed made from sleepers so we will be returning to finish this where the patch of soil is at the side. All in all the customer is over the moon and couldn't believe what we'd done, this has to be one of the most challenging jobs we've completed but the end result made it all worth it. We are extremely chuffed. Thanks for choosing MD DEVELOPMENT 😊
