Complete system overhaul on this property. Previously had a backboiler fire installed with a vented hot water storage cylinder. We decided the property would work most efficently with a combination boiler so a new ideal vogue 32kw max was installed along with an ideal magnetic filter. The system was powerflushed with a strong chemical cleaner to remove as much debris and sludge as possible. The customer also opted for a small radiator in the airing cupboard to help dry linen and towels.

Another combi swap last week. This worcester bosch boiler was on its last legs and the repair was totalling up into the region of a new boiler. The customer opted for a new ideal vogue 32kw combi boiler with smart ideal halo thermostat. The system was powerflushed using strong chemical cleaner to help prolong the life of the new boiler and radiators. Paired with a 10 year warranty for complete peace of mind.

This old biasi boiler had broken down and upon inspection the costs to repair were that high, the landlord opted for a new boiler.

The new boiler fitted is an ideal logic c30 max boiler with 10 year warranty. Working alongside the new ideal halo WiFi thermostat to give complete control over your heating system through either the wireless thermostat or your phone.

Every new boiler installed comes with a system powerflush to reduce sludge build-up in the central heating and to protect the new components in the boiler. As you can see from the magnet on the last photo, the system was super dirty and really benefited from a good clean.

First service on this boiler by myself. Boiler had alot of rust down the wall beneath the boiler and I asked the customer how long it had been like this, She replied a few years and other engineers had choose to ignore this rather than searching for why this was happening.

After inspection it was found the flue manifold had cracked, leaking products of combustion (carbon monoxide) into the boiler casing then eventually into the garage.

A new manifold was ordered and fitted. Safety checks carried out and customers mind now at ease.

Ideal vogue 30kw combi installed in this office apartment been turned back into a domestic property. This boiler feeds a kitchen, two utility rooms and all the downstairs radiators. The boiler was also moved from an internal wall to an external wall to allow the flue to exit straight out the back of the boiler and not have 3 joints in an unaccesible position. Customer also wanted to carry out some home improvements themselves so isolation valves was installed on hot and cold pipework for a new downstairs toilet and vanity unit and flow and return pipework for a towel radiator.

Some new radiators for an existing customer. All pipework was cut under the floor and re-routed to fit new radiators, apart from one where the flooring could not be taken up so a set of tail extensions where installed to allow the pipework to fit. Inhibitor was added to the system after completion to help prevent against corrosion and build-up of sludge.

New worcester 8000 style combi fitted to replace the old glowworm space saver and all the corresponding pipework. This system was a big mess, having half plastic pipes, half copper pipes and no pipe clips or any support. A powerflush was also carried out as the system previously had no magnaclean and pipework was layered with sludge. External Toilet:

The old Pipework had become highly corroded as it was touching the bricks and mortar which over time breaks down the copper and causes it to pinhole and leak which has now be renewed.
I also installed a new stop tap to isolate the water in the winter months and a outside tap to water the plants. All pipework was lagged with thick wall insulation once complete and tested.
