What was once an old worn out and tired roof has now been completely transformed.

After carefully stripping everything back, rebuilding and strengthening the original structure, the property now benefits from a brand-new roof that should provide protection and durability for many decades to come.

A huge thank you to Dave and Ken for another superb job and the high standard of workmanship delivered throughout the project.

The team at ACAS have had a productive couple of days strengthening and rebuilding this historic roof structure.

At approximately 150 years old, the roof had suffered from many years of poor maintenance and required a full programme of restoration works, including structural strengthening, realignment of the roof trusses, and complete replacement of the spout guttering.

The refurbished roof will now benefit from modern breathable felt, traditional roof tiles, and new leadwork, ensuring the building is protected for many decades to come.
