We’ve officially broken ground this week on an exciting new project – a new build home in an East Yorkshire village 🏡🚧

The foundations have been dug and poured, marking a great start on site 🧱💪

Masonry works are due to begin next week, and we’re looking forward to seeing things really take shape 👷‍♂️🔨

This project has been predictably challenging, but we’re now getting ready to hand the building over next week 🏗️

It’s been a full and detailed build package, incorporating a wide range of specifications, particularly for the control room and transformer room ⚙️🔌 A lot of hard work has gone in from the entire team to get us to this stage 👷‍♂️👏

Proud to see it all coming together and looking forward to a successful handover.

☀️ The sun is shining and work is progressing really well at Green Meadows Park! 🏡🌿

We’re now well underway with the next two bespoke timber lodges, and it’s fantastic to see them starting to take shape 🔨🪵. There’s still plenty to do, but everything is moving along nicely and the progress is great to see 👷‍♂️🚧.

Underfloor heating installed 🔥, screed floors laid 🏗️, and the whole place now fully plastered out 👷‍♂️. The heating has been switched on and everything is drying nicely 🌡️.
Looking forward to getting started on the second fix works next 🔧✨.

Another busy week on site and great progress being made 👷‍♂️🏗️

The team have been pushing on well and it’s good to see things really taking shape now. Hopefully the weather stays on our side next week so we can keep the momentum going. 🌤️
