**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
If you have had any of the Ideal boilers below fitted by my company and they were manufactured between August 2022 and 7th January 2024 or had a letter from Ideal to contact them regarding a safety upgrade then don't worry. See the attached photo.

I have had confirmation from Ideal Heating (along with every other gas registered installer) that I can carry out the repairs to the boilers myself through Ideal at no cost to yourself. I will be in touch over the coming weeks.

No need to panic, multiple things would need to go wrong for this fault to occur.

Please note every boiler has a 1 in 10,000 chance of the fault if the multiple issues occur. Not that there is 1 boiler out there in every 10,000 boilers that is unsafe. Thanks Aaron.
