We’ve just completed this staircase refurbishment at Browns Department Store in Beverley, and the transformation speaks for itself.
All worn steps were fully sanded back before applying a light oak stain, followed by 3 coats of Ronseal Diamond Hard floor varnish for maximum durability and a long-lasting finish.
The walls were finished in durable matt, with all woodwork completed in a high gloss to really sharpen everything up.
A classic look refreshed, protected, and ready for heavy footfall 👞
📍 Next stop: We’ll be at Browns Department Store in York next week, bringing another floor back to life. Keep an eye out for the results!

Another job completed and we’re really pleased with how this one turned out ✨

The feature wallpaper adds a real statement while still complementing the property’s original features. We finished the walls in a soft, timeless Egyptian Cotton, paired with crisp white eggshell woodwork to keep everything bright, clean and elegant. A perfect balance of character and modern finish.

🔥 What a transformation. This outhouse corridor and toilet was damp, mouldy, flakey and in desperate need of some tlc. We prepped, then applied Zinsser UK peelstop, BIN primer sealer and permawhite to all of the ceilings and walls and doors finished in poppy red 🔥
