Progress been made on this property now. All radiators installed, downstairs toilet room completed,first fix kitchen,kitchen installed awaiting resin work tops, 2nd fix complete on kitchen, kitchen floor tiling complete, bath installed in Master bedroom with privacy wall, monday sees the start of the main bathroom renovation. keep an eye out for the end result.

3 days in to this project consisting of new radiators relocated throughout the property. New downstairs toilet created from space in the existing kitchen.new soil stack replacement.free standing bath installation to master bedroom and full bathroom renovation. Plenty to keep us going. Most radiators hung and first fix plumbing completed to kitchen and new downstairs toilet. Watch this space.

One completed on hawthorn avenue . Cladding throughout walls and ceilings . New led spot lights installed. toilet relocated on opposite wall. Such a pleasure working for this couple. A modern looking adaption to suit the customers needs.big thankyou to Martin Peter Revell for the vynil installation.

Completion yesterday on a one off renovation tailored to the customers requirements. Certainly won't see anything like an old sewing table as a vanity unit in your average bathroom. Traditional meets modern with the addition of led light strip under the bath and in the shelving built to aid all the hidden requirements. Thanks to Jo and Fred

This one will be revealed on monday when finishing touches are completed in Albrough. This one was a challenge and nailed the result the customers was looking to achieve. Full bathroom conversion. New traditional.radiators installed throughout the property. Here's a little preview.watch this space

85 square metres completed in ulcerby in a converted cow shed. Next phase will be a bathroom installation then a full internal barn conversion to tackle in the next building on this lovley barn conversion.

Its been a busy 2 months and a lot of work produced with 3 projects been on the go.not had the time to update the page but here is a bathroom completed in swanland in February. On this one completed tiling and 2nd fix. With and additional wetroom to complete downstairs later in the year.
