It’s been a little quiet from me on here lately… a few people have even asked where I’ve disappeared to.

Truth is, I haven’t gone anywhere — I’ve just been busy getting on with work. Building, planning, and working on a lot’s of different projects behind the scenes.

I thought it was about time I started sharing more of what I’ve been doing — the progress, the graft, and the finished results.

Happy New Year from P E Davis & Son Ltd.

It’s the first Monday back at work as we head into 2026, and we’re looking forward to the year ahead. Thank you to everyone who has supported us and trusted us with their homes, offices and all projects.

We have many new projects planned for 2026, and we’re excited to share them with you along the way. Over the coming weeks, we’ll also be posting some of the work we’ve completed in 2025 and giving a closer look at the projects we’re proud to deliver.

We hope you all had a great New Year and are feeling positive as the year gets underway. We’re ready to get started and make 2026 a good one.

25 Years Later… Still Trusting Us! 🏡

We’re proud to share a special project with you – not just because of the work, but because of what it means.

25 years ago, we built and fitted a conservatory for a lovely customer, complete with a standard polycarbonate roof (as was the style back then!). Fast forward to today, and that same customer has come back to us for a revamp.

The structure was still in perfect condition – a real testament to quality workmanship – but it was time for a modern update. We’ve now installed a stylish new floor and replaced the old roof with a sleek, half-glass, half-solid design that brings the whole space into 2025.

There’s no greater compliment than a returning customer after two and a half decades. We’re genuinely proud to have earned – and kept – their trust all these years.

A good builder might be hard to find, but once you do, we’re here for the long haul. 💙
