PHONE ISSUES: Unfortunately we have a major phone issue and have just been told that it started last Thursday and we will be without phone lines for at least another 2 weeks.
We are obviously very unhappy but have to rely on others.

We hope everyone is enjoying the lovely Autumn weather?
If you have a pet that is allowed on your furniture by far the most popular fabric is a velvet. Most velvets are highly durable, very hard wearing and clean with your vacuum attachment or just wipe down with a cloth. Pet hairs usually wipe off with a damp cloth too.
There are many types of velvet such as plain, antique, crush, corded, mat or shiny, man made, natural or made from recycled plastic.

We re-covered a beautiful traditional suite for Mr & Mrs H earlier this year and these pictures have just been sent. It is a lush crushed velvet that not only looks fantastic but is extremely serviceable meaning there is little maintenance required.

As the colour wheel of fashion turns it is again the time of the olive green which can warm most rooms to give a classical feel. Mrs S has chosen this soft slub velvet to sit in her living room.

Mrs C has chosen a beautiful soft quilted velvet for her occasional chair. All the Inky shades of blue are still very popular and can add that bit of colour that many rooms need.
