Fleet Estate job getting there. This house is at the bottom of a hill and below the neighbouring house so had to install gully drains all the way around. We've created 2 new bedrooms, back bar, wet room, utility room, garage and large open plan kitchen/family room with steel reinforcing. Ready for boarding and plastering this week and hopefully kitchen fitted in a couple of weeks. Bilton double side extension, back extension and rear bar. Brickwork upto pan height ready to order the roof trusses today. Porch was done before Christmas so customer had access to the house as well. 14 full working days in total from breaking soil to pan not bad going especially with losing alot of days from bad weather.

Start to finish Cottingham extension. 98m2 kitchen extension and granny flat with lounge/kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Low pitch to roof so roof had to be boarded and felt covered before tiling, 3 skylights with specialist lead flashing due to low pitch. Customer fitting own kitchens so job done

Another job completed by International Home Improvements on James Reckitt Avenue to a very high standard. Side and back extension with dorma loft conversion. House rendered with Webber silver pearl, grey concrete roof tiles, anthracite grey windows and solid oak door.
The porch and walls constructed in hand made bricks to give the property a contrast of old cottage against modern render. The drive has been laid with Plaspave Sorentto granite sets, with planters and pillows planted with buxus, grasses, lavender and herbs.
All planning, design, build and finish carried out by International Home Improvements experienced tradesmen.

Job just completed down Humber Street turning an old warehouse into a stylish beauty studio for and . We built 3 beauty rooms with a mezzanine above with glass balustrade creating a pamper area with headwash sinks, we built 2 make up artist mirrors with rustic shelves for 6 make up artists, a rustic reception desk was built from timber to keep the industrial feel abd to finish the downstairs spider lights completed the look. Upstairs we refurbished 3 beauty rooms, an office and kitchen/staff room.
