A 22sq mtr kitchen extension here. The property originally had a narrow gantry kitchen which we took down to footing level. This allowed us to form an opened plan kitchen space with a large velux roof light to give the room extra daylight. We also built a further 2 more rooms, a downstairs toilet and utility in the existing dinning room to maximise functionality of the ground floor space. TMAC build taking bookings now.

A tidy up of the brickwork at the rear of this property.
At some point the lintel had been lowered to accommodate the sliding door. The previous builder decided to leave the soldiers in. We were asked to take them out and replace them with matching bricks in a standard stretcher bond to match the rest of the house.

An exterior shot of one of our builds. The ground floor extension has been built in traditional blockwork and render. The new first floor is a timber frame structure incased in a a2 fire rated cladding.
