£50 REVIEW INCENTIVE!!
A small business owner’s reputation means everything.
Unfortunately, I’ve recently had a false 1-star review posted against TS Painting from someone I have no record of ever working for. No quote, no invoice, no address, no completed work—just damaging accusations with no proof behind them.
Even more concerning, the account has only ever left ONE review, which makes it pretty clear this is either someone acting out of jealousy, malice, or simply trying to damage a local business for no genuine reason.
As a small independent business, one fake review can have a huge impact. People judge your business in seconds, and something untrue like this can affect trust, enquiries, and future work—despite years of hard work and genuine happy customers.
I have raised this with TrustPilot and they are not particularly helpful with the appeal process!
I take huge pride in every job I do, and anyone who knows me or has used TS Painting knows I always try to be fair, professional, and deliver the best finish possible.
If I’ve done work for you—big or small—I’d really appreciate you taking 2 minutes to leave an honest review on Trustpilot, Facebook, or Google.
Even if I haven’t personally worked for you, a character reference from friends, family, or people who know me and my work ethic would also be hugely appreciated. Support like that means a lot when you’re trying to protect the reputation of a small local business.
