Removal of main structural wall and corner in the property 🔨

Full goal post steel installation 🔨

Concrete casting around the floor beam 🔨

Removal of old timber load barring beam and replaced with steel RSJ beam 🔨

Block window up and pebble dash render to match into the house 🔨

All fabricated on site and supplied by humberside steel fabrications! These guys never let us down!

150 years old this roof was, so it had just about served its time! and the only way could compliment the brilliant old workmanship was to carry it on by knocking out one of the best looking roofs in the area and give it another 150 years.

new lead
new facias
new down pipes
new gutters
new dry verges
new dry ridges
new bepoke shutters
