A customer who we had previously carried out work for contacted us to replace the fascias, soffits, and guttering on the front of their property. Once the scaffolding had been erected, the customer also decided to have a new dry verge system installed.

We carefully removed all the existing fascias, soffits, and guttering. During the removal process, we discovered that some of the timber behind the roofline had become rotten. We replaced all damaged fascia boards and any timber battens that required renewing to ensure a solid and long-lasting installation.

We then fitted new white uPVC fascias and soffits, along with new black round guttering and a matching downpipe. To complete the upgrade, we installed a maintenance-free dry verge system, providing added protection to the roof edges and a neat, modern appearance.

All rubbish was removed from site, and the scaffolding was supplied and arranged by us.
