This boiler had a leaking flue seal, causing condensation to leak into boiler, over time this could have been more expensive as it could have corroded parts and case below.

Customer complaint that there is a rattle noise when using taps in bathroom. Fitted shock arrestor on feed to taps and now they live noise free.

Quick closing of taps can cause pressure expansion on pipework, fitting shock arrestors take up that extra pressure in pipework to stop pipework rattling around.

Faulty condense pump on the boiler causing a fault and not allowing boiler to operate.

Replaced faulty pump and also carried out a service to both boilers. 🔧 ✅
