Recent project completed,

The old tiles, felt and tile battens were stripped and disposed off. New icopol breathable membrane fitted along with treated counter batten and tile batten. Finished with redland renown tile in a farmhouse red✅

Hi folks🖐🏽, as of Monday that’s us returned to work with social distancing in mind✅.

Here are some pictures of a strip and retile that we completed in Kirkcaldy before the lockdown.

The whole roof was stripped back to the original sarking board to check for defects, we then fitted new breathable membrane, treated counter battens, treated 2x1 inch tile battens, black deep glow guttering, and Redland Renown tiles in farmhouse red⚒.

We also fitted 9 tile vents for added ventilation and new Redland dry ridge and hip systems for maintenance free worry👍🏽.

• new breathable felt membrane

• new treated counter batten

• new treated 25x50mm tile batten

• new grp valleys and bonding gutters

• new Redland, ministonewold tiles in grey

• new Redland dry ridge and and hip systems for maintenance free worry

• new Klober dry verge system
