ished and highly rated company, Sean Brown Plumbing and Heating Ltd, Sean has taken his passion and love for bathroom installations and design to the next level. As a client you want to work with the right company to carry out these works within your home allowing you to create the space you dream off, in turn this is the same for us. Our commitment and investment into our company was to give our customers the reassurance they deserve when choosing their new bathroom. Our aim is to allow clients to have the bathrooms they desire at an affordable price, equally we don't not aim to be the cheapest or the most expensive when deciding on your new bathroom. We offer products from some of the leading brands in the industry knowing that they will stand the test of time allowing you to enjoy your bathroom for years to come. We work with local companies supplying tiles and bespoke furniture if required ensuring it helps our own local economy. We offer a full design and installation service or supply only. We won't make claims to be the cheapest, we won't inflate our prices then offer a discount to grab your attention, and we won't give you the hard sell, come meet us, see what we do, then we can start choosing how your new bathroom will look.

We recently completed a beautifully designed traditional bathroom within a stunning Victorian property in Kirkcaldy.

Our client approached us with a clear vision for their new bathroom. Working closely with our designer, we refined the layout and introduced subtle enhancements to create a space that is both timeless and elegant.

As with many period properties, unexpected challenges arose along the way, but our team expertly navigated them to achieve this exceptional finish.

We’re particularly impressed with the rich, sophisticated color palette and how the traditional paneling seamlessly complements the classic fixtures and fittings.

We do love a wet room

There are few choices when it comes to style but we feel nothing beats the look of the infinity wetfloor tray by 🚿

We’ve fitted countless of these over the years and absolutely love the look and the sleekness they have when incorporating them into your bath or showerroom 💦

There is an additional cost comes with a wetfloor due to the cost of the products and the additional work that goes into them to get it right and last over time, although we feel it’s worth it 👌

The second last one before the year ends….

Another nice design and great install carried out by the team.

It really all is in the detail and one of the many jobs they’ve completed to this standard over the course of the year.

We’re already taking bookings into March of next year with some interesting projects lined up.

We are looking for another fitting team to work with, work must be carried out to the highest of standards and we pay our guys on completion of the installation ( on the condition the work is top top )
