How about this for a transformation 😍😍😍 We have just completed this loft conversion in this beautiful family home in the coastal village of West Wemyss Fife, This unused attic space has been completely transformed into a double bedroom with ensuite complete with fitted out robes and bespoke made wardrobes to match the internal doors, this is all topped off with top hung velux windows installed to give the clients an undisturbed view across the Firth of Forth. New traditional timber sash & case windows installed to our renovation project @ Happies Close, West Wemyss.
These timber windows are manufactured to comply with planning regulations and are made to the exact specifications as the old timber windows being replaced but with the added bonus of being double glazed which has been proven to save you hundreds of pounds a year on energy bills.

All our Timber, UPVC and Aluminium windows come with (A) Rated energy efficient glass as standard.

One of the great things about our business is the places we get to go and the buildings we get the privilege of working in.

One of the jobs we have carried out this week was at West Wemyss Church in Fife which was built around 1890 which has some fantastic details and architecture throughout, unfortunately some areas of sandstone have started to erode and were becoming structurally dangerous so we were asked to carry out repairs/replacements to these areas which was a very delicate operation as the mullions to be replaced were holding the stained glass windows in place which like the rest of the building are over 130years old and very fragile, None the less the Moderno team have pulled it off again with new sandstone Mullions put in place and stonework repairs carried out with no further damage caused to the building or windows.

Another job done and onto the next one ✅

Happies Close West Wemyss renovation.

This is a job the guys were working on today down the beautiful village of West Wemyss, we are currently in the process of doing a full renovation of this Charming little house.
As the saying goes…it needs to get worse before it gets better 😳😳!!
