Location: Thornton fife
Job Type: Full-Time Employment
Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience

Blair Scaffolding is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Scaffolder Charge Hand to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Leading and supervising a gang on street and contract jobs
• Organising and coordinating daily site activities
• Ensuring scaffolds are erected and dismantled safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
• Liaising with clients and site managers where required
• Completing necessary inspection and safety documentation

Requirements:
• Valid CISRS Scaffolder card
• Previous experience working as a Charge Hand
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of TG20 and SG4 guidance
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
• Full UK driving licence

CHARGE HAND / SCAFFOLDER

Candidate must be fully qualified CSCS Scaffolder.
Good communication skills required to discuss and establish client's requirements and working with younger less experieneced tradesmen to complete works in safe, timely manner.

Good organisational skills required to ensure accurate loading of vehicles for each job and allocation of labour as required. Ensuring scaffold is erected safely and efficiently

All local work (fife based)

Strong entry for the season opener this Saturday at Knockhill Racing Circuit

We’re only racing Saturday this weekend which coincides with the annual Mini Mania car show.

Be sure to have a wander round the paddock if you are up, all our teams and drivers will be more than happy to chat about the cars and racing!
