Another job completed.

Called to this property to have a look at a failing floor.
Upon inspection the whole front of the property’s floor joists were rotten and had to be replaced.

• New timber joists
• New traditional flooring
• New plywood
• new laminate flooring
• Reinstate wardrobes

Recent completed job at a local care home.

Complete rip out of the dining room.
Due to a Burst water pipe under floor that had been leaking for some time resulting in major damage to timber flooring and joists.

• new floor joists and traditional flooring.
• old pipes ripped out and replaced with new copper.
• new floor grade plywood.
• new composite handrail/spindles for the ramp.
• new commercial vinyl flooring.
• freshly decorated.
