📢 UPDATED PAYMENT OPTIONS & BOOKING TERMS | KSI Mith

While we’ve been off over the past 2 weeks, we’ve taken the time to re‑evaluate our business and how it runs — making improvements across our booking systems, payments, and processes to keep everything running more smoothly for everyone.

✅ How you can pay:
▪️ Cash
▪️ Bank Transfer
▪️ Card Payment via myPOS Terminal

💳 Flexible Payment Plans (Jobs over £120):
60% deposit up front before work starts.
Remaining 40% balance can be paid either on a selected agreed date, spread over a set number of scheduled cuts, or upon full completion of the job — whichever works best for you, agreed in advance.
Credit terms offered at our discretion – T&Cs apply

📅 Booking Fee Policy:
A 25% booking fee secures your appointment slot and is deducted from your final invoice.
▪️ Cancel 72+ hours early: Full refund of booking fee
▪️ Cancel 48–71 hours early: Refund only if we are able to re‑fill your slot within 24 hours
▪️ Cancel under 48 hours / no‑show: Booking fee is non‑refundable

If we need to reschedule due to weather, breakdown or emergencies, your fee can be transferred or fully refunded.

All terms apply across fencing, landscaping, grass cutting and all our services. Full written terms available on request.

Headline: Another busy week wrapped up! 😅

We’ve been flat out with jobs across Kilsyth, Kirkintilloch, Cumbernauld and surrounding areas – and we’re so grateful for all the support coming our way!

Just a quick update for everyone:
✅ We are NOT taking any new bookings this week or next week
✅ We’ll be focusing on finishing the 3 confirmed jobs already in the diary
✅ Then the team and I are taking a well-earned rest from Monday 3rd to Sunday 9th August

Between needing a proper break and getting some essential work done at home, it’s just not possible to juggle everything right now – we want to make sure every job we do gets the full attention and quality you expect from KSI Mith!

We’ll be back and ready to take enquiries again from Monday 10th August. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding – we can’t wait to get back to helping you sort your gardens, fencing and outdoor spaces soon! 💪

would love to take 5 minutes just to thank each and every customer this past week 😅

Not only did yous take time to pass on my company to other people but looked after not only my self but my team in this heatwave

Honestly I don’t think I would have managed this heat without the ice cold drinks and the coffees 😅

Would also love to thank the staff for draining them self keeping up with the demand in the heat it is well and truly appreciated more than you’s know

I am sorry but clients like this will not be accepted I am sorry but you are not my only client and certainly not my priority my priority is the job I am on at that moment in time I will reply back to people in between jobs or when I am waiting to do what I need to do next 🤣

Emergency cuts are for people with council letters not because you decide to have a garden party when your garden is as high as fence

I will come and quote a job if and when I can not on your say so my diary’s are filling constantly

My price is my price I offer payment plans which you pay 60% upfront and the rest on a day of month that suits you or over the next few cuts 😅

We’ve laid the perfect foundations for this custom enclosure, built to last and keep your tortoise fully secure!

✅ Completed so far:

• Prepared base with Type 1 sub-base, fully compacted

• Installed heavy-duty polythene to protect floor insulation from moisture

• Fitted predator-proof wire mesh to stop unwanted visitors

• Framed main structure & sleeper edging

• Line & insulate internal walls

• Fit roof & weatherproof cladding
