We have had a mega busy start to this year, the team have been working hard doing 7 day weeks pushing projects over the line.

This flat roof replacement along with fascia renewal and guttering renewal was carried out on Sunday.

A new 18mm OSB deck installed and a mechanically fixed sika single ply membrane installed.

Lovely little chimney re lead recently carried out.

The chimney was leaking into the property and as you can see had been leaking and rotten for several years. Rotten timber was ripped out and new timber all fixed securely back to the stone work.

We installed a welted lead over hand detail on the fascia side and a water gate slated back in on the opposite side.

Topped off with a little lead detail on the end.

Sika Flat Roof.

This job was a prime example of finding the right guy for the job, we were called to a garage roof that was replaced by another company 6 months prior to our visit. The previous “roofer” had installed timber joist with a 90mm cut out of a 120mm timber joist to support on a wall timber this took away any structure out the timber and we were surprised it hadn’t fallen in.
They then installed a 9mm osb board and a single layer of felt. Then wouldn’t answer the phone to uphold the guarantee.

We ripped it all off and replaced with 6x2 timbers with metal hangers and twist nails.
18mm osb deck installed then a mechanically fixed sika membrane with a lead cover flashing around the perimeter.

Sika flat roof.

This was a little flat roof replacement we carried out before having some time off.
The old felt flat roof was leaking into the customers property.
We stripped it all back and laid a new 18mm osb deck before installing a mechanically fixed sika membrane roof.

Small bay window roof carried out recently.

The old lead along with the slates were causing issues on this property. Several issues so we stripped it all back and replaced with new Spanish slates and a new lead flat roof.

This was a recently completed conservatory roof.
The old poly carbonate was stripped off and new timber trusses installed along with uPVC fascia and guttering then a light weight eco slate product installed.
The inside was insulated with kingspan a vapour barrier installed and plasterboarded.
Looking forward to the finished painted pictures from the client.

What a pleasure this one was and a great transformation.

What a cracking transformation on this project in broughty ferry.
The customer contacted us to get his full house re rendered and a full re roof, along the way we discovered issues with the fascia so all new roofline was added aswell.

Redland mini stonewold tiles were installed on the roof with a new white pvc fascia and an anthracite guttering system.
The render was stonepack’s white render with sky marble peas.

Lovely job over the line last week.

This property had issues with water leaking through the lead gulley and also the slating had lots of problems so a full strip back and re slate was required.

The gulley was code 5 lead with expansion joints welded in along with Welsh slates being put back on with more head lap and also a nice wee pattern for good measure.
