All roofs have a vapour control layer, 150mm insulation with Sika mechanically fixed membrane installed which has a 20 Year manufacturers guarantee.

It’s been a busy month!
Here’s a couple of photos of some jobs we have completed.

Strip re-slate where we replaced the sarking boards, new breathable membrane, Spanish slate, code 5 flashings and heavy duty zinc ridges.

A new single ply membrane extension roof with code 5 lead flashings.

And strip and re-tile with new breathable membrane, counter batons, tile batons, tiles and a dry fixed ridge system.

Another busy week finished with the completion of a new tiled roof and flat roof this week.

We stripped back the tiled roof back to the rafters and replaced the OSB, roofsheild, tile batons, tiles, vergs and ridges.

The second roof completed this week was an old perished felt roof where we replaced it with a new Sika single ply flat roof system. Provided with a 20 year manufacturer garantee.
